Kenneth Taylor on failed Porto move: “It was tough for a while…”

Kenneth Taylor, a midfielder from Ajax who was once coveted by Francesco Farioli as a reinforcement for FC Porto last summer, explained to ESPN why the transfer to the dragons did not materialize.

"FC Porto is a great club and I had ambitions, of course. But Ajax plays in the Champions League and, with the new style of play, I certainly don't mind being here," he commented, not hiding that the process initially affected him: "I'm certainly not disappointed in Ajax. It may have been difficult for a while, after the transfer window closed, but I managed to turn the situation around quickly."
