Bayer Leverkusen’s Kerim Alajbegovic has been linked with a move to the Serie A for many weeks now and it is Juventus who have sealed a move for the attacker.

Atalanta’s interest had been well documented by Get Italian Football News. But it always felt as if La Dea didn’t see the Bosnian as a priority.

Gianluca Di Marzio has reported – after Florian Plettenberg, that Juve have sealed a move for the 18-year-old, beating Chelsea to his signature. They have an agreement in hand with Leverkusen and the move will be done after the German club plays their pre-season friendly later today.

Alajbegovic has rejected a move to Chelsea and is now waiting for the clearance to fly to Turin for his medical in the next two days.

Excellent move for Juve

This comes right after Juve sealed the move for Randal Kolo Muani and signing Alajbegovic when so many clubs wanted him is an excellent deal. He offers so much potential and unpredictability and the Serie A will be the right place for him to grow into a better player.

Luciano Spalletti has always loved players of his ilk, having made the most of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia at Napoli.
