Levante’s Honduran Kervin Arriaga is recovering well from the late blow suffered on Sunday, though he remains apart from group training.

According to Superdeporte, he is following the usual concussion protocol after Sunday’s match against Athletic Club at San Mamés. His involvement in the derby against Valencia will hinge on his symptoms and the medical staff’s evaluation.

A decision on his return will be taken nearer the game, in line with how he feels.

Meanwhile, Argentine defender Matías Moreno, who suffered a concussion two matches ago against Atlético de Madrid and missed Bilbao as a precaution, is in perfect condition.

Levante continue preparations for Sunday, with Arriaga monitored under concussion guidelines and Moreno available for selection.
