Joshua Kimmich does not expect to be available for Bayern’s midweek meeting with 1. FC Köln.
“I don’t think so,” the central midfielder said when asked if he would feature against Köln, speaking to Bild.

He missed Sunday’s 8-1 win over Wolfsburg, Bayern’s opening match of 2026, because of an ankle injury.
The 30-year-old has returned to individual training but has not yet rejoined full team training this year.
In his absence, Aleksandar Pavlović and Tom Bischof started together in central midfield against Wolfsburg.
