Williams and Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal continue to enjoy their holidays together in Marbella, and the pair were seen having dinner at the Mosh Fun Kitchen on Sunday night, as shown by Cope journalist Victor Navarro.

However it was the Instagram post from Mounir, Lamine Yamal’s father, that raised eyebrows. Posting just a picture of himself with Williams during Euro 2024 with the caption ‘Grande Nico’ [Great Nico] accompanied by two hearts, certainly the timing, with Williams decision on his future expected imminently, will raise one or two wry smiles.

In all likelihood, it is not related to where Williams will be playing his football next season, but it will spark no shortage of speculation, as Athletic and Barcelona fans remain in suspense. Over the last 24 hours, talk of Barcelona’s attention shifting to Dani Olmo has grown.
