Aymeric Laporte trained with the group on Monday as Athletic returned to Lezama after the setback at the Pizjuán. They face Sporting de Portugal on Wednesday and a derby with Real Sociedad on Sunday, both at San Mamés.
According to as.com, Laporte could be named in the squad on Wednesday or held back for the derby, with league points in mind.
