Largie Ramazani and Isaac Schmidt will return to Leeds United this summer after posting farewell messages to Valencia and Werder Bremen. The players said in Instagram posts that they are heading back to Elland Road.

Both spent the 2025-26 season away from Leeds and had struggled to establish themselves in Daniel Farke’s plans before their loans. Their immediate futures are uncertain.

Ramazani marked the end of his Valencia stint with a brief thank-you message, a notable moment with the Spanish club pushing to sign him permanently. He ended the La Liga season with six goals and one assist from 27 appearances, establishing himself as a useful option.

Schmidt thanked Werder supporters, reflecting on ups and downs and offering best wishes to team-mates and staff. The Switzerland international made 19 Bundesliga appearances and scored once.

Both players are scheduled to report back to Leeds ahead of the club’s Premier League campaign. Neither is guaranteed a place in Farke’s long-term plans.
