Leeds United yet to act as Premier League deals mount, Spurs add four and Forest face record exit

Leeds United have not made a first summer signing while rivals across the Premier League move early. According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Nottingham Forest are set to lose their star man in a record deal, and there have been new goalkeepers for Newcastle United and Tottenham, with Spurs up to four arrivals.
Arsenal have made Piero Hincapie’s loan permanent from Bayer Leverkusen for £25m. Jakub Kiwior has joined Porto and Karl Hein has gone to Werder Bremen after loans, with Samuel Onyekachukwu among eight others released.
Aston Villa have agreed a pre-contract for Modou Keba Cisse from LASK. There are no departures listed.
Bournemouth have no signings, though Marco Rose is in as head coach. Marcos Senesi is set to join Tottenham as his contract expires, Michael Dacosta Gonzalez has moved to Moreirense, and Hamed Traore to Marseille. Andoni Iraola has left to become Liverpool’s new head coach.
Brentford have recruited Jannik Schuster from Red Bull Salzburg for £17.2m. Reiss Nelson has returned to Arsenal at the end of his loan and Ryan Trevitt has been released.
Brighton have added Zadok Yohanna from AIK Stockholm for £21.5m and Costinha from Olympiacos for £11m. Jan Paul van Hecke has joined Tottenham for £52m, James Milner has retired, and Joel Veltman, Solly March and Adam Webster have departed at contract end.
Chelsea have not signed anyone but Xabi Alonso is the new head coach. Marc Cucurella has joined Real Madrid for £51.8m and Jimmy-Jay Morgan has moved to West Brom for £4m.
