Leeds United face an important summer of contract decisions, with multiple first-team deals up in 2026 and fresh attention on Karl Darlow. According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Tottenham interest in the goalkeeper has underlined the need to secure key futures alongside planned recruitment.

Darlow is among four senior players whose deals expire this summer, three of them goalkeepers. None of Illan Meslier, Sam Byram or Alex Cairns have been regulars this season, and a few could depart in June.

Leeds must also monitor those entering their final year, a vulnerable position for the club given the importance of some 2027 expiries.

Karl Darlow’s current contract ends in summer 2026. Alex Cairns’ ends in summer 2026. Sam Byram’s ends in summer 2026.

Illan Meslier’s current contract ends in summer 2026. Facundo Buonanotte’s loan runs until summer 2026. Lukas Nmecha’s contract ends in summer 2027.
