Ekipa reports that Leicester City are keen on a deal for Olimpija Ljubljana striker Admir Bristrić.
The 23-year-old is coming off his best campaign, scoring 13 goals and providing four assists in 28 outings on loan at NK Bravo in 2025/26. He has previously played in Bosnia, Croatia and Slovenia.
After returning to Olimpija, he has started their first two league matches of the new season.
The report says he has permission to travel to the Midlands and is set to miss Olimpija's league game against Aluminij on Sunday evening, 7.15pm GMT. It adds a fee of €1.7m-€2m, around £1.4m-£1.7m, is close, with a medical still to come.
Leicester have already added Liam Cullen and Tommy Watson this week, and Russell Martin still wants another centre-forward. He hinted further arrivals could land before next weekend's Carabao Cup tie against Northampton Town, suggesting the team could look different again next week.
