The Honduran winger joined from Aris Thessaloniki in the summer of 2023 and quickly impressed, finishing his first full campaign with 12 goals and 13 assists.
His standout moment across his two-years at the club came in October of the 2023/2024 season when he found the net against Atletico Madrid at Celtic Park in the Champions League group-stages, which he regards as the pinnacle of his career so far.

However, a series of injuries disrupted his second season at the Scottish champions, and he soon fell out of favour under Brendan Rodgers, culminating in a deadline-day exit to Olympiacos in January.
Speaking via Newsquest outlet The Celtic Way, Palma opened up on his time at Celtic and gave his thoughts on why the £3.5 million move did not go to plan.
“My first season at Celtic, that was nice. Everything seemed to go well in that first campaign,” he said. “I scored 12 goals and had 13 assists. It was a very special season because it was my first year abroad and I enjoyed it a lot.”
“That goal against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League came when I felt I was at the peak of my career. It was the first goal of my life in the Champions League, and it was very, very special. Scoring it for a club like Celtic, in front of 60,000 supporters, was a dream come true.”
Palma added: “The second season is hard for me to talk about because that’s when things started to go sour. I got injuries at Celtic, and it cost me a lot. Despite the setbacks, I always stayed focused. I trained every day and worked hard to be ready if the manager needed me.”

“I made the difficult decision to leave Celtic because I wanted to go out on loan and play regular first-team football.”
Palma is aiming to hit the restart button on his career in Poland after enduring the disappointment of going from a Champions League starter to sidelined figure at Celtic in just over a year.
