Olympique Lyonnais are still in search of their first point of the Ligue 1 season as they prepare to welcome RC Strasbourg Alsace. Pierre Sage’s options have been slightly limited ahead of the encounter.

Notably, Lyon are without Ernest Nuamah. The Ghanaian winger is strongly linked with a move to the Premier League amid interest from Nottingham Forest and Everton, however, his absence is due to an injury, suffered during last week’s defeat to AS Monaco. Nicolas Tagliafico will also miss the encounter through injury.

Orel Mangala, set to complete a loan move to Everton, is also set to miss the fixture, as is Rayan Cherki, whose future remains uncertain. The expectation with the latter, however, is that he will sign a contract extension. Tanner Tessmann, signed earlier this week from Venezia, is set to make his first appearance for OL.
