As reported by L'Équipe, the display came on Saturday afternoon in matchweek 16.
The French full-back released Cole Palmer with a through ball to make it 1-0 on 21 minutes.
He then struck on 45 minutes, finishing left-footed from close range from a Pedro Neto cross for 2-0.
