Nottingham Forest are said to want a fixed fee of more than £125m for midfielder Elliot Anderson this summer.

The Athletic report that Manchester City have made a bid worth £106million up front with potential add-ons taking it in excess of £120m.

But Forest want a fee that eclipses the amount that Liverpool paid for Alexander Isak last summer.

Manchester United remain keen on the midfielder, but are reportedly unwilling to enter a bidding war and will likely prioritise other targets, such as West Ham’s Mateus Fernandes and Bournemouth’s Alex Scott.

Sky Sports report that United are also looking to strengthen at left-back, with the club keen on Newcastle’s Lewis Hall and also Fulham’s Antonee Robinson.

Meanwhile, Manchester City defender Josko Gvardiol has emerged as a target for Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid, according to various reports.

Mourinho is also said to be keen on Arsenal’s Riccardo Calafiori, but Gvardiol has emerged as an alternative target to boost Real’s back-line.

Elsewhere, Corriere Dello Sport say Juventus are trying to sign Aston Villa goalkeeper Emi Martinez this summer.

And Tottenham have completed the signing of defender Marcos Senesi following his departure from Bournemouth.
