Manchester City appear to have taken the next step in their pursuit of Eintracht Frankfurt's Omar Marmoush.
According to reports, the Premier League giants have made an initial bid for the Egyptian striker.
Bild claims that the English side's offer is in the region of €70 million, with Eintracht holding out for around €80 million.
According to Sky Germany, Manchester City are hoping to complete the deal for €70 million upfront plus €5-10 million in bonuses.
“I've already said that there is interest from a club and there's nothing more to say at the moment. There is no other situation,” Krösche said.
“We will see what the future holds in the next few days. And as long as he's an Eintracht Frankfurt player and continues to perform, he'll play.”
