Manchester City rival Juventus’ Alexander Nübel interest | OneFootball

After spending the last two seasons on loan at VfB Stuttgart, Alexander Nübel (29) doesn’t have a future at the club despite successive DFB Pokal finals and a return to Champions League football for the upcoming season. After Manuel Neuer’s contract extension at Bayern Munich and Jonas Urbig to receive more minutes as part of the agreement, Nübel also doesn’t have a future at Germany’s record champions.

Now, according to a report from Bild, Manchester City and Juventus are among the clubs interested in signing Nübel, who kept 14 clean sheets in 49 appearances across all competitions for the Swabians in 2025/26.

Both clubs have already initiated contact with Nübel’s representatives, but the player’s reported €11m salary could prove an obstacle. More so with Juventus, given that they missed out on Champions League football. Additionally, Bayern want between €10m and €15m for the goalkeeper.
