Manchester United interested in signing Aurélien Tchouaméni after losing out on key targets | OneFootball

According to a report from The Athletic, Manchester United are interested in signing Aurélien Tchouaméni (26) after losing out on their key midfield targets so far this summer. Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali, who were the Old Trafford club’s primary targets, have both opted to move to Tottenham Hotspur. 

Manchester United losing out on their primary targets has seen a re-think required in the recruitment department at Old Trafford. As they draw up a list of alternative targets for the middle of the pitch, the Premier League club have identified the Real Madrid midfielder. 

Real Madrid willing to sell Tchouaméni?

The French international midfielder could well be on his way out of the Spanish capital this summer. Les Merengues need to sell players after exercising a wave of recruitment under Jose Mourinho. Tchouaméni is someone that the La Liga outfit could consider selling. Eduardo Camavinga could also leave the club this summer.
