Marseille, West Ham, Lyon and Eintracht Frankfurt eyeing move for Anderlecht youngster | OneFootball

Het Nieuwsblad are reporting that Marseille, West Ham, Lyon and Eintracht Frankfurt are all interested in signing Anderlecht youngster Mario Stroeykens. According to reports, all of the sides have enquired about the forward but none have yet reached an agreement with the Belgian side. Stroeykens still has a contract with the club until 2026 and Anderlecht have been trying to secure a contract extension with the 20-year-old. However, with plenty of interest from elsewhere in Europe, Stroeykens may not be inclined to sign a new deal in Brussels.

The youngster, who can play centrally or out wide, had a breakout season during the 2023/2024 campaign, with six goals and six assists in 40 games. He started the season well before an injury and the sides general drop in form. Stroeykens now sits on four goals and five assists from 37 games.

According to Het Nieuwsblad, if Anderlecht sell this summer they would hope to get €20m for the player.
