Mathys Detourbet set for €25m Manchester City move ahead of Monaco loan | OneFootball

Mathys Detourbet (19) is set to join Manchester City from fellow City Group club ESTAC Troyes, before then being loaned out to AS Monaco, as per a report from RMC Sport and Foot Mercato. 

Detourbet was one of the key pillars of an ESTAC side that secured promotion back to Ligue 1. In 27 games in all competitions, he has scored four goals and registered seven assists. With interest in the playmaker growing, the City Group were desperate to keep him within their ranks and a move to Manchester City is set to be completed. The deal, RMC Sport understands, is worth €25m, including bonuses. 

There is also already an agreement in place with AS Monaco, whom he will join this summer on a loan deal. That loan will last one season, but there will be an option to extend it for a further year. A deal between clubs has already been concluded. An agreement with the player is expected to be reached quickly. Detourbet is already looking for accommodation in the Principality, Foot Mercato understands.
