Real Madrid will welcome Rayo Vallecano at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium earlier tonight as they look to secure a good result at home in La Liga. Los Blancos made a decent start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 15th minute when Vinicius Junior found the back of the net. Alvaro Arbeloa’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.

Jorge de Frutos equalised for the visitors in the 49th minute before Passe Ciss was sent off in the 80th minute. Kylian Mbappe ended up scoring the winning goal from the penalty spot in injury time. Pep Chavarria was sent off by the referee soon after as the match ended with Real Madrid securing a narrow 2-1 win at the Bernabeu.

He was solid when defending inside his half and had some bright moments inside the opponent’s half.

RM: Franco Mastantuono – 6/10

Mastantuono caught the eye at times, but there was no goal for him.

He managed to shine in and around the opponent’s penalty area but failed to register a goal.
