Milan have made the first formal offer for Goncalo Ramos worth €40m, claim multiple sources, but it is not enough for Paris Saint-Germain, with Atletico Madrid also interested.
It is no secret that the striker is the first choice for new coach Ruben Amorim, but in truth he had already been on their radar under predecessor Max Allegri too.
The 25-year-old Portugal international is currently at the World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico, with the determination to get more playing time at club level in future.

According to A Bola in Portugal and L’Equipe in France, the first formal offer was sent to PSG by Milan and the package is worth €40m.
However, that is below the expectations set by the Champions League holders, who paid €65m to buy him from Benfica in 2024 following an initial loan.

A Bola maintain the asking price is closer to €50m, but there is still room for negotiation, with help from agent Jorge Mendes.
His contract at San Siro would be worth circa €4m per season, a similar salary to the one he earns at Parc des Princes.
Goncalo Ramos scored 12 goals with two assists in 45 competitive games for Paris Saint-Germain this season, allowing them to retain the Champions League trophy.
Atletico Madrid are also believed to be interested, although they are more focused on his teammate Kang-In Lee.
