Serie A giants Milan find themselves in the middle of a crisis again. They have won just three in nine and are at risk of falling out of the top four altogether.
The RedBird ownership is now panicking and taking action to change things.
Daniele Longo reports that sporting director Igli Tare’s tenure is all but set to end, having spent just a season at the Rossoneri.
He has had a troubled relationship with CEO Giorgio Furlani, who himself has been protested against by a many Rossoneri supporters. It is believed Tare has never been compatible with the corporate structure at Milan, having gone ahead with a deal for Jean-Philippe Mateta without permission from Max Allegri or Furlani.
Signings of Ardon Jashari and Christopher Nkunku didn’t leave many happy, especially as they cost a hefty amount.
Now, only the timing of his exit is awaited, with details set to be ironed out soon.
