Milan make contact with Liverpool for Darwin Nunez

Serie A giants Milan have been looking to sign a new striker this summer and have made contact for Liverpool’s Darwin Nunez.

Calciomercato’s Daniele Longo has reported Nunez is Milan’s leading candidate for the striker’s position and direct contact has been made for the South American.

New sporting director Igli Tare wants to make as many efforts as possible to sign Nunez and wants to explore even the remotest chance of signing him from Liverpool.

Corriere della Sera, via MilanNews, have reported that Milan have made initial contact with the Reds about a move as they wanted to assess the feasibility of a summer move. While the move is far from simple, Nunez’s name can rise up the Rossoneri’s shortlist quickly.
