More than 600,000 people joined FC Porto’s title celebrations, according to O Jogo. The party ran from Saturday night into Sunday as the club marked their 31st national crown.
After a 1-0 win over Santa Clara in the title celebration match, the squad travelled by boat to Ribeira.

They then switched to a bus for the journey to Aliados, where they were received at City Hall and paraded in front of jubilant supporters.
The attendance figure was compiled by the municipality, the authorities and the club.
The festivities moved from the riverfront up to the city centre as Porto’s players and staff greeted fans late into the weekend.
