Napoli have the results of tests on Stanislav Lobotka and Matteo Politano injuries, as both suffered muscular lesions and will be out for several weeks.
The pair limped off during the most recent Serie A match, their 2-1 comeback victory over Genoa on Sunday evening.
These setbacks forced them to pull out of international duty with Slovakia and Italy respectively.

Napoli released a formal statement today with the results of the in-depth tests to confirm the extent of their injuries.
Lobotka has been diagnosed with a lesion to the adductor of the right thigh.
As for Politano, he has a lesion to the gluteus maximus in his right leg.
The fact that these are both lesions means it will take several weeks to recover from, as it had been hoped they would only be strains.
Neither player is likely to be back in action for at least a month, meaning they will miss key games against PSV Eindhoven, Scudetto rivals Inter, and Eintracht Frankfurt.
The most probable scenario is that Lobotka and Politano won’t be available until after the next break for international duty in early November.
