Sulemana was brought to Bergamo from Southampton by Ivan Juric last summer and has since struggled for minutes under new Dea coach Raffaele Palladino.

He has two goals and one assist in 21 appearances in all competitions, but only 165 minutes with Palladino in charge.

Atalanta completed a permanent deal for Giacomo Raspadori from Atletico Madrid in the January window, further limiting Sulemana’s chances.

The club are understood to be ready to listen to offers for the winger.
