Neil Warnock has revealed which Championship club he wished he managed, but never did.
Neil Warnock is one of the EFL's greatest ever managers, but he has revealed one regret he has regarding his legendary career.
Warnock has achieved several impressive feats over the years, including winning the Championship title with Queens Park Rangers in 2011.
The 77-year-old's other accomplishments include guiding Sheffield United to automatic promotion from the second tier to the Premier League in 2006.
More recently, Warnock has managed the likes of Huddersfield Town and Middlesbrough, while Cardiff City supporters will never forget his promotion-clinching exploits in South Wales.

Portsmouth boosted their chances of staying in the Championship by defeating promotion-chasers Ipswich Town 2-0 at Fratton Park on Tuesday.
John Mousinho's men also beat top-two hopefuls Middlesbrough last Saturday, and now sit four points clear of the relegation zone with four games remaining.
Pompey could be all but safe if they earn a third successive Championship win when they host relegation rivals Leicester City this weekend.
Discussing the Fratton Park club live on talkSPORT on Wednesday morning, Warnock revealed: "That’s one of my biggest regrets, not going to Portsmouth at one stage, because the fans, when I used to stand in the dugout away from home, and I used to stand up to try and shout information to the players, they used to drown me out, and the atmosphere.
"We talked about the Premier League last week with Leeds United, and the fans at Leeds United and things like that. Portsmouth fans are unbelievable, really. The noise they make. It (the win over Ipswich) didn’t surprise me at all. They do play an important part now fans, don’t they? At this stage of the season."
The Tractor Boys remain in the automatic promotion spots following their defeat at Pompey, but they are now just two points clear of third-place Millwall, and three points above Southampton and Middlesbrough, who sit fourth and fifth, respectively.
Kieran McKenna's men still have a game in hand over their promotion rivals, but further slip-ups would damage their chances of sealing an immediate Premier League return.
Ipswich host Middlesbrough on Sunday for a vital clash that could decide who books their spot in next season's top flight alongside league leaders Coventry City.

Portsmouth have taken major steps towards securing their Championship status with their wins over both Boro and Ipswich in their last two games.
Pompey boss Mousinho remains a largely popular figure at Fratton Park, having led the South Coast outfit to the League One title in 2024.
The 39-year-old would further boost his reputation if he guides his side to Championship safety once again.
However, there is no doubt that Portsmouth supporters will be pleased by the fact that Warnock has revealed that he wished he had a managerial stint at Fratton Park.
The former Leeds boss is a true EFL legend and expert, whose opinions are valued by fans of all 72 clubs, and the Pompey faithful will be thrilled by his endorsement of them.
