According to Diario Do Peixe, Neymar has been added to Panini’s 2026 World Cup album update, the Update Set.
The pack refreshes the collection after the 48 final squad lists were confirmed. It introduces 120 new stickers, 118 of them players who only secured places late in the cycle.
Called up for a fourth World Cup, the Santos forward returns to the tournament after a run of fitness problems, having played in 2014, 2018 and 2022.
Neymar is recovering from a grade 2 injury to his right calf sustained during a Santos match in the Brazilian league. Tests this week showed progress in line with expectations. He is expected to begin on-grass conditioning in the coming days, and the Brazil coaching staff’s expectation is to have him available during the group stage.
Beyond the Brazilian, the update also features Germany goalkeeper Manuel Neuer and Spain defender Pau Cubarsí. Sold separately, it complements the original album released ahead of final squad confirmation.
The Update Set costs R$ 119.90 in pre-sale and comprises six sheets of 20, totalling 120 stickers. Panini’s original album correctly listed 746 of 864 players, an accuracy of 86.34%, while Brazil’s was 72%, prompting several later additions via this pack.
