Neymar pretended to play cards after putting Santos ahead against Chapecoense at Vila Belmiro on Saturday in the Brasileirão.

According to Globo.com, broadcast footage also showed him appearing to say "chupa" while mimicking the act of dealing cards.

The celebration followed a week of criticism after he took part in a poker tournament in São Paulo.

He did not feature in Tuesday’s rout of Universidad Central da Venezuela, then used social media to mock the reaction to his two days at the event.

In that message, he said he had trained in the morning on his day off, skipped the match, returned to training and asked if he could train without further barracking, telling critics to mind their own business.
