Nico Williams sends message of support to Barcelona star Pedri | OneFootball

Spain and Athletic Club star Nico Williams has on Sunday sent a public message of support the way of compatriot Pedri.

As much, of course, comes amid what have proven an altogether difficult couple of days for the Barcelona midfielder.

Pedri was forced into a premature departure from Spain’s Euro 2024 quarter-final meeting with Germany on Friday, owing to a heavy challenge on the part of Toni Kroos.

The 21-year-old has since been confirmed to have picked up a knee injury, ruling him out for what could be as long as six weeks.

Pedri, in turn, took to social media on Sunday, to send a message to all of those to have wished him well over the last 48 hours.

And, as alluded to above, late this evening, adding his name to the list of the midfielder’s supporters was Nico Williams.

Himself heavily linked with a move to Barcelona this summer, wide-man Nico took to the comments section of Pedri’s post, to unveil the following:
