Marc Casado is one of the players facing an uncertain future at Barcelona this summer, as he is no longer a part of Hansi Flick’s setup due to increased competition.
Casado has already been linked with a move away from Catalonia, with multiple clubs across Europe keen on acquiring his services.
A recent report from Diario SPORT has offered a fresh update on Casado’s future, suggesting that Barcelona have set a firm price for the midfielder and have no intention of letting him leave on the cheap.

The Catalans value Casado at a minimum of €20 million, and that figure rises to €25 million should he end up joining a club in Saudi Arabia.
His agent, Jorge Mendes, is said to be fully aware of the club’s stance and is already working to find the academy graduate a suitable new home.
Interestingly, Barcelona could have cashed in before the June 30th financial deadline, having received a number of enquiries recently.
However, those proposals either fell short of the club’s valuation, at around €12 million, or involved only a percentage of his rights, prompting Barcelona to hold firm in the hope of securing a more substantial fee later in the window.
For his part, Casado has made no secret of his willingness to stay and fight for his place, repeatedly stressing that he would happily continue at the Camp Nou if Flick and the club wanted him.
Realistically, though, the midfielder understands that regular minutes would be hard to come by, much as was the case last season.
With that in mind, both parties appear to have accepted that a clean break is the best solution, allowing Casado to secure the continuity his career needs at this stage.

The 22-year-old is clear that he will only move to a club where he is genuinely wanted and signed to be a key figure going forward. That priority, he has made clear, matters more to him than the financial rewards on offer.
With the financial pressure of the June 30th deadline now behind them, Barcelona can afford to be patient.
The club believe a transfer in the region of their valuation would represent the ideal outcome, both sportingly and financially, and they are unwilling to compromise on that figure.
Casado, who could still report for the pre-season camp in England even without his future being resolved, will now weigh up his options carefully.
For a player who embodies the values of a La Masia graduate, the priority is finding a project that offers him the prominent role he craves.
Barcelona, meanwhile, are content to bide their time until an offer arrives that meets their asking price in full.
