Real Madrid star Arda Güler has on Wednesday revealed his appreciation for a leading teammate in the Spanish capital.

This comes owing to his exploits in the club’s most recent outing.

Real marked their return to action on Tuesday night, locking horns with Bundesliga outfit Stuttgart in the respective sides’ Champions League season opener.

When all was said and done, Los Blancos emerged on the right side of a 3-1 result, owing to goals on the part of all of Kylian Mbappé, Antonio Rüdiger, and Endrick.

In truth, though, this scoreline was rather flattering on the La Liga champions.

Stuttgart more than played their part in an entertaining affair at the Santiago Bernabéu, racking up numerous presentable goalscoring opportunities over the course of the 90 minutes.

On more than occasion, however, the Germans found themselves thwarted by the brilliance of Thibaut Courtois.

Real Madrid’s no.1 was in top form on Tuesday, conjuring up more than one top-class save to keep his side in things.

And one individual who couldn’t help but be impressed by such endeavours was teammate Arda Güler.

Taking to the comments section of Courtois’ latest Instagram post on Wednesday, midfield starlet Güler replied with a simple two-word message:
