La Liga champions Barcelona have announced a 2nd permanent departure in the space of 24 hours.

This comes amid confirmation that Noah Darvich’s time in Catalunya’s capital has come to an end.

Midfielder Darvich had for his part seen his name take its place centre stage in the headlines at Barcelona for several weeks now.

This came after word was forthcoming that the German youth international was closing on a return to his home country, with Stuttgart.

Fresh off something of an underwhelming campaign on the books of Barca Atlètic, the 18-year-old – still considered a potential star in the making – is understandably eager to kick on in search of more opportunities at senior level.

And as alluded to above, on Tuesday, as much has officially culminated in a transfer for Darvich.

After announcing the departure of defender Sergi Domínguez on Monday, Barcelona have now confirmed that Darvich has departed for Stuttgart on a permanent basis:

‘FC Barcelona and VfB Stuttgart have reached an agreement for the transfer of Noah Darvich. The club retains a percentage of any future sale of the German midfielder and a right of first refusal.

‘The Club wishes him much luck and success in the future, both personally and professionally.’
