Alba enjoyed a successful 11-year spell with Barcelona’s first team after returning to the club in 2012 following a stint at Valencia.

During his time with the Catalan club, Alba formed a historic partnership with Lionel Messi that became one of the most effective on the pitch. On countless occasions, the full-back assisted the Argentine to help his team find the net.

The connection that continued in the United States as Alba joined Messi at Inter Miami in 2023, after leaving Barcelona.

Alba established himself as one of the best full-backs in the history of Barcelona and Spain.

The 36-year-old won six La Liga titles, one Champions League, five Copa del Rey trophies, four Spanish Super Cups, one Club World Cup, and one UEFA Super Cup, in addition to a European Championship and a Nations League title with the Spanish national team.

Meanwhile, in his first year alongside Messi and Busquets at Inter Miami, Alba won the Leagues Cup.
