FC Barcelona will fight it out with Newcastle United tonight for a place in the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League.

With the first leg of the Round of 16 ending in a 1-1 draw at St James’ Park last week, the Blaugrana must win tonight at the Spotify Camp Nou in order to progress to the last-eight stage.

Ahead of the game, manager Hansi Flick has released the squad list of players available at his disposal for selection.

There are no new returns as Frenkie de Jong, Jules Kounde, Alejandro Balde, and Andreas Christensen remain unavailable.

Gavi is in the squad and could make his first Champions League appearance of the season after having made his comeback against Sevilla following a six-month spell on the sidelines.

The midfielder was also in the squad for the first leg but was not cleared to play, so in essence, this becomes his first call-up for a European encounter this term.

Changes are expected to the lineup with players like Ferran Torres, Lamine Yamal, and Eric Garcia in line to start after being benched against Sevilla over the weekend.

Meanwhile, youngsters Xavi Espart, Alvaro Cortes, Diego Kochen, and Tommy Marques are all in the squad called up by the Barcelona manager.
