FC Barcelona are set to fly to the Spanish capital tonight as they get set to take on Real Madrid in La Liga on Sunday afternoon.

Ahead of their flight to Madrid, manager Hansi Flick has announced the squad list of players available at his disposal for the first El Clasico of the 2025/26 season.

The big news is that Jules Kounde has been included in the squad list after doubts had emerged over his availability in the past few days. The Frenchman was able to train normally today and has been passed fit for the game.

However, Andreas Christensen, who has been recovering from gastroenteritis, has once again been left out even though he had trained with the group on Friday and Saturday.

Frenkie de Jong makes the cut, though, after he too had missed a training session earlier this week due to gastroenteritis.

Raphinha misses out through injury, along with Robert Lewandowski, Joan Garcia, Dani Olmo, Gavi, and Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

There are call-ups for academy full-back pair Xavi Espart and Jofre Torrents, while Dro and Toni Fernandez also feature.

New signings Marcus Rashford and Roony Bardghji could make their El Clasico debuts tomorrow at the Bernabeu.
