Barcelona will play their first game of the new year later tonight when they lock horns with UD Barbastro in the Copa del Rey Round of 32.

Having ended the last year with a string of poor results, Hansi Flick and the team will be focused on starting 2025 on a winning note.

Ahead of the encounter, the Barcelona head coach has announced the squad list of players who will be at his disposal for the trip to Barbastro.

As expected, both Dani Olmo and Pau Victor are not in the squad as they are yet to be re-registered.

Youngster Toni Fernandez, who has impressed for Barça Atletic this season, earns a call=up to the senior team and has a good chance of featuring.

Meanwhile, Flick has opted against recalling both Lamine Yamal and Andreas Christensen even though they are fit again and have returned to training.

Raphinha is another big name missing out, with the manager opting to rest the Brazilian winger. Marc Bernal, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, and Ferran Torres miss out due to injuries.
