Official: Como sign Brazil international Kaiki in deal worth reported €14m | OneFootball

Como have officially signed Brazil international left-back Kaiki Bruno da Silva from Cruzeiro, on loan with obligation to buy for a reported fee of €14m.

The deal had been done over a week ago, but was made formal by a statement on the club website this afternoon.

It is a loan move believed to be worth €2m with obligation to make it permanent at the end of the season for a further €12m.

“Kaiki is a modern full back with speed, energy and the courage to play forward,” coach Cesc Fabregas told the Como website.

“He has the physical capacity to repeat runs, defend with intensity and give the team width in possession. He is still young, but he has already played important matches in Brazil and in South America, and his call up to the national team shows the level of his development.

“We believe he has the qualities to grow in our way of playing and we are happy to welcome him to Como.”

The 23-year-old plays at left-back and earned his first senior cap for Brazil in April 2026 under Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti.

Before that, he was in the squad that won the South American Under-20 Championship in 2023.

A product of the Cruzeiro youth academy, he was promoted to the main squad in January 2022.

So far this season, Kaiki has contributed four assists in 32 competitive games for the club, including at the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana.

“I’m very happy to be here, in a fantastic city and at a great club. I can’t wait to get started,” said Kaiki.

“This is a project that I found fascinating right from the start, and I think being able to express myself in an environment like this is very important to me.

“To the fans, I say to expect a lot of determination and a lot of passion. I’m a very dedicated and ambitious guy, and I’ll do everything I can to make them happy.”
