Official: Mateo Del Blanco sold to Racing Strasbourg

Unión confirmed this Wednesday the transfer of Mateo Del Blanco to Racing Club de Strasbourg, France, in one of the club’s most important deals of the transfer window.

Through an official statement, Tatengue reported that the defender was sold on a permanent basis and that the total amount of the deal comes to 2,850,000 dollars for 100% of his registration rights.

With this transfer, Del Blanco will make the jump to European football after establishing himself in the first team in red and white, while Unión receives a significant financial boost that will allow it to strengthen its finances and continue its sporting planning for the second half of the year.
