Máximo Perrone has completed a permanent transfer to Como from Manchester City.
Argentine midfielder Perrone has permanently joined Como from Manchester City.
The 22-year-old spent the 2024-25 season on loan at the Stadio Sinigaglia.
“Como 1907 is pleased to confirm the permanent signing of Argentine midfielder Máximo Perrone from Manchester City. The 21-year-old has signed a contract with the club until 2029,” Como said in a statement.
“Born in Buenos Aires in 2003, Perrone began his career at Vélez Sarsfield before moving to Manchester City in January 2023. He gained further top-flight experience in La Liga with Las Palmas before joining Como on loan last season, where he quickly became a standout presence in midfield, making 26 appearances and showcasing his intelligence, composure, and leadership.
“A midfielder with exceptional vision, technical skill, and tactical awareness, Perrone’s arrival marks another important step in Como’s plans to build a young, ambitious, and competitive squad for the club’s return to Serie A.”

Head coach Cesc Fàbregas said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Máxi to the Como family on a permanent deal. He settled in quickly last season, understood exactly how we want to play, and became a key figure in the team.”
Perrone added: “I’m so pleased to officially be staying at Como. I really got on well with everyone, the coach, my teammates, the city, and the fans last year. I’m confident we’ll enjoy many more great moments together in the future.”
