Real Madrid have an excellent chance to move to the top spot in the La Liga standings as they get set to take on Las Palmas at the Santiago Bernabeu later today.

Following Atletico Madrid’s defeat to Leganes on Saturday, Carlo Ancelotti & co. can go past them and open up a two-point lead at the top of the table with a victory against the Canary Islanders.

With kickoff in less than a couple of hours, Ancelotti has announced the Real Madrid starting lineup that will take the field at the Bernabeu today, with some changes being made to the side that featured against Celta Vigo earlier in the week.

Rodrygo Goes is back in the team after being left out for the cup tie, with the Brazilian replacing his compatriot Vinicius Jr., who misses out through suspension.

The 24-year-old is joined by Kylian Mbappe and Brahim Diaz in the Real Madrid frontline today, with no Endrick despite his heroics in midweek.

Federico Valverde and Jude Bellingham are back in the lineup as well after not featuring in the lineup on Thursday.

But Aurelien Tchouameni misses out after withdrawing from the squad earlier today due to discomfort in his leg. As a result, Dani Ceballos once again starts in the middle of the park.

Thibaut Courtois returns to the lineup, replacing Andriy Lunin. Lucas Vazquez, Raul Asencio, Antonio Rudiger and Fran Garcia complete the defensive unit.
