Official: Real Valladolid strike deal to sign Bayern Munich youngster | OneFootball

La Liga strugglers Real Valladolid have on Monday announced a fresh addition to the club’s defensive ranks.

The player to have put pen to paper on terms with the Pucelanos? Adam Aznou.

Aznou, for his part, is a versatile 18-year-old full-back, who can also operate in a more attack-minded role.

The youngster is currently owned by Bundesliga heavyweights Bayern Munich, a club at whom he has long been considered a potential star in the making.

As alluded to above, though, Aznou will spend the 2nd half of the term plying his trade in Spain.

This comes amid confirmation of an agreement being struck between Bayern and Real Valladolid, for the Moroccan international to join the latter on loan.

As per an announcement across Valladolid’s website and social media platforms on Monday evening:

‘Real Valladolid has strengthened its defensive line with Adam Aznou Ben Cheikh, following the agreement with FC Bayern Munich for the transfer of his federation rights. In this way, the 18-year-old left-back, international with Morocco, will be a Blanquivioleta until the end of the current season.’
