For Inter, firstly, three points are absolutely vital to keep the pressure on Napoli in the title race.
Meanwhile, a result this afternoon would be a huge boost to Roma’s hopes of a top four finish.
Therefore, it is little surprise to see both Inter coach Inzaghi and Roma boss Claudio Ranieri go all-out with strong starting elevens.

First of all, it is Yann Sommer who starts in goal for Inter, little surprise.
Then, in defense Nerazzurri coach has made up for the suspension of Alessandro Bastoni by starting Carlos Augusto on the left of Inter’s back three.
The Brazilian starts alongside Francesco Acerbi and Benjamin Pavard at the back.

In midfield, meanwhile, there is also a notable change. Henrikh Mkhitaryan is absent through suspension like Bastoni, and Davide Frattesi takes his place.
Therefore, Frattesi completes the midfield trio alongside Nicolo Barella and Hakan Calhanoglu.
And then on the flanks, Federico Dimarco and Matteo Darmian keep their places.

Lastly, in attack Inzaghi makes another notable selection.
Marcus Thuram is still absent, having missed Inter’s last couple matches due to a muscle problem.
Therefore, 36-year-old Austrian international Marko Arnautovic starts in attack. He leads the line alongside Lautaro Martinez, getting the nod over Joaquin Correa and Mehdi Taremi.
Meanwhile, Denzel Dumfries and Piotr Zielinski are both back, having been sidelined by muscle injuries for more than a month each.
However, neither Dumfries nor Zielinski could start. Both could instead feature off the bench.
