OGC Nice predicted XI v AS Roma: captain Dante to return | OneFootball

OGC Nice captain Dante is set to return to the starting line-up for their UEFA Europa League opener against AS Roma on Wednesday night.

The Brazilian missed the 4-1 defeat to Stade Brestois over the weekend with a minor injury. In what is his final season in professional football, Franck Haise has said that the defender will be evaluated on a game-by-game basis.

There are other returnees, including Canada international Moise Bombito and Mohamed-Ali Cho. Whilst the pair are in the matchday squad, they are unlikely to start for Nice, against Roma. L’Équipe understands that Tiago Gouveia could get the nod ahead of Jonathan Clauss at right-back. Kevin Carlos looks set to once again lead the line, ahead of Terem Moffi.
