Palmeiras post R$ 124.047 million first-half deficit after June shortfall | OneFootball

Palmeiras finished the first half of 2026 with a deficit of R$ 124.047 million after a deeper than budgeted shortfall in June.

According to Nosso Palestra, the June balance showed a R$ 58.098 million loss against a budgeted deficit of R$ 52.239 million. Revenues reached R$ 37.082 million and expenses were R$ 91.215 million, compared with budgeted R$ 42.006 million and R$ 91.369 million respectively.

Across the opening six months, Palmeiras posted R$ 432.351 million in revenue and R$ 608.098 million in costs, yielding the R$ 124.047 million deficit. The budget had assumed R$ 619.072 million of income, R$ 607.059 million of expenses and a R$ 19.377 million deficit.

The main variance sits in “Rendas diversas”, which covers Arena income and player trading. The club budgeted R$ 242.446 million for the first five months, with R$ 87.135 million realised for the first four months.

In December 2025, the COF approved the 2026 budget projecting R$ 1.2 billion in revenue and an R$ 11.2 million surplus.

Projected 2026 income split is as follows, player trading R$ 399.6 million (32%), sponsorships and licensing R$ 296.5 million (24%), television rights R$ 185.6 million (15%), Avanti R$ 84.3 million (7%), social revenue R$ 76.6 million (6%), other R$ 84.4 million (6%), sporting prizes R$ 62 million (5%), gate receipts R$ 61.9 million (5%).
