Palmeiras post R$ 35.903 million four-month deficit after forecast surplus

According to Nosso Palestra, Palmeiras posted an April 2026 deficit of R$ 21.256 million, better than the budgeted R$ 34.308 million. Over the first four months they are R$ 35.903 million in the red against a projected surplus of R$ 59.283 million.
The shortfall is largely tied to miscellaneous income, which includes player trading. The club budgeted R$ 229.054 million from this stream across the first four months, but brought in R$ 67.487 million.
April revenue totalled R$ 63.684 million against a plan of R$ 69.931 million. Expenses reached R$ 96.866 million, below the R$ 101.361 million budget.
Year to date, revenue stands at R$ 313.888 million versus a budget of R$ 492.279 million. Expenses are R$ 412.648 million, exceeding the planned R$ 407.360 million.
In December 2025 the COF approved the 2026 budget, which targets revenue of R$ 1.2 billion and a surplus of R$ 11.2 million. The plan allocates 32% from player trading at R$ 399.6 million and 24% from sponsorship and licensing at R$ 296.5 million.
Broadcasting is set at R$ 185.6 million, 15%, with Avanti membership at R$ 84.3 million, 7%. Social income is R$ 76.6 million, 6%, other revenue R$ 84.4 million, 6%, sporting prizes R$ 62 million, 5%, and gate receipts R$ 61.9 million, 5%.
