Palmeiras face Fortaleza at Nubank Parque on Sunday at 16:00 Brasília time, starting their push for a Copa do Brasil quarter-final place. According to Nosso Palestra, the club have set reaching the next round as a minimum target in their financial plan.
The projection is conservative, yet it carries weight after the board chose to keep the core of the squad this window. Seeking to contest the season's major trophies, the club are leaning on prize money to ease pressure to sell players.
The 2026 budget forecasts significant revenue from player trading. Even so, the hierarchy intend to resist approaches, allowing departures only for offers deemed impossible to refuse.
Allan and Flaco López are the most valued assets in the group. Both have admirers abroad, but Palmeiras would open talks only for bids above 40 million euros.
Maurício is also being monitored and remains well regarded internally, though there are no official proposals at this stage.
