Peter Lim returns to Valencia for first time since 2019 | OneFootball

Peter Lim has made his first visit to Valencia since December 2019, appearing in the city for meetings on club matters.

According to La Grada 91.4, the Singaporean was pictured this afternoon meeting Javier Solís and Ron Gourlay at a local restaurant, with squad planning among the subjects. The outlet added he was following the progress of Nou Mestalla and had been asked to make an effort in the market.

His previous appearance in the city came at a Real Madrid match at Mestalla.

Lim has arrived from the United States after attending the World Cup, making a stop in Valencia to check on the new stadium works first hand.

He also intended, on a personal level, to visit Inma Ibáñez, the club’s long-serving finance director, who has recently overcome breast cancer.

The latest sighting is certain to prompt debate around Mestalla.
