Players and Media react to Rodrigo’s Ballon d’Or win | OneFootball

Rodrigo has become the first Manchester City player to win the Ballon d'Or.

The Spain international has forged a reputation as one of the finest midfielders in world football since joining City in 2019, with those qualities now recognised with one of the game's most coveted prizes.

In doing so, he's also become the first Premier League player to win the award since 2008 and first to win both the European Championships and the Ballon d'Or in the same year since Matthias Sammer in 1996.
