Porto duo Bednarek and Kiwior start in Poland’s draw in the Netherlands

With Bednarek and Kiwior in the starting eleven, Poland traveled to Rotterdam and drew 1-1 with the Netherlands, earning a valuable point in the fight for a place in next year's World Cup.

Dumfries opened the scoring at 28 minutes and the "wind" seemed to favor the host team, especially since Lewandowski, Poland's star, was substituted shortly after the hour mark.

At 80 minutes, Matty Cash, Polish right-back, received the ball free on the right and fired a strong and well-placed shot that established the draw at one goal each.

With this result, the Netherlands, Poland, and Finland now have 7 points each, occupying the first three places of Group G, in this order. The Netherlands have one game in hand.
